ThinkLab – Aviva: Fostering a Neuroinclusive Workplace Culture (2021)

Project Overview

In 2021, the Cambridge ThinkLab team partnered with British multinational insurance company Aviva to create a groundbreaking new employability scheme for autistic individuals. The collaboration culminated in an innovative new programme anchored by a person-centric approach to raise awareness on neurodiversity and the importance of creating an inclusive workplace culture not only within Aviva but also the wider insurance industry.
