Ayantola is a Research Assistant in Digitalisation at the Bennet Institute for Public Policy, where he explores the impact of digitalisation on public and private sector productivity in the UK. He also works on questions of the future of work/new modes of working, in relation to digitisation, including for example 4-day work week in the public sector, mental health and hybrid work for young professionals in the knowledge sector.
Prior to joining the Bennett Institute, he worked as a Research Executive (Quants/Client Services) at the Africa Insights Division at Kantar UK. He holds an MPP in Public Finance and Development from the Korea Development Institute (KDI) School of Public Policy and Management, and an MSc in Africa and International Development from the University of Edinburgh.
