Leon is a Doctoral Candidate at the Cyber-Human Lab within the Department of Engineering, University of Cambridge. His research focuses on the application of Extended Reality (XR) technologies, including Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR), to enhance worker performance in industrial settings.
Previously, Leon worked as a Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where he now serves as an expert member of the XR/Metaverse core group. He holds an MPhil in Industrial Systems, Manufacture, and Management from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
