Reanna Brooks recently received her MPhil from the Department of English at the University of Cambridge and is now a DPhil candidate in English at the University of Oxford. Her MPhil dissertation explored the connection between visual art, materialism, and crafts within the context of Modern and Contemporary Literature, and she hopes to continue this research for her doctorate.
As a Research Associate at ThinkLab, Reanna collaborates with the core team to research and create printed and digital materials for public consumption that arise from the initiatives of ThinkLab, and also provides assistance for various internal functions.
In her free time, Reanna is currently co-authoring and co-editing a scholarly book with colleague Tyler Shores in the field of comic studies, specifically exploring the relationship between materiality, digitality, and reception within The Adventures of Tintin comic series (forthcoming).
