Siân Round

Siân Round is a third year PhD candidate in the Faculty of English. Her research concerns the literary magazine in the US South between 1921 and 1945 and she is particularly interested in how editors negotiated the label of Southernness with the desire to belong to the tradition of cosmopolitan transatlantic magazines. She has a Masters in American Literature from the University of Oxford. She has previously been on the committee for the English Faculty’s Graduate Research Forum and is Book Reviews Editor at United States Studies Online. You can connect with her on Twitter.
