Stephen Ajadi

Stephen Ajadi is a Doctoral Scholar at the Department of Land Economy & a member of Fitzwilliam College. He is the founding Director of the African Contemporary Institute of Design, and the Penumbra Space foundation (Nigeria & Uganda). He is an architect, designer, urban planner, management specialist and a development economist, with corresponding degrees, respectively. His work revolves around the spatial impact of conflict and violence on cities, policies as well as the natural environment. Stephen is broadly interested in the development economics of cities with overlaps in architecture, planning, finance, circular economy, and sustainable development.
